Product Description

From Guatemala's Pacific coastline to our highland chocolate facility comes the perfect partner for our 75% dark chocolate: locally grown coconut, dried and prepared to maintain its natural sweetness and texture.

Every chocolate is hand-rolled using traditional Tz'utujil methods, allowing the coconut to distribute evenly throughout. We incorporate just enough coconut to complement our fire-roasted cacao without overwhelming its complex flavor profile – creating a balanced chocolate that celebrates Guatemala's diverse agricultural treasures.

Made at origin in Guatemala's highlands, these rolls represent our commitment to showcasing local ingredients. Each purchase supports the hard work of our indigenous artisans and farmers, preserving chocolate-making at origin while protecting the forests where our cacao grows.
