Most dark chocolate is hard, brittle, and bitter. Diego’s is different. Our traditional Mayan process creates a signature rustic texture—dense, fudge-like, and incredibly satisfying. It’s a "soft-bite" experience that melts slowly, revealing the complex soul of fire-roasted Guatemalan Kampura cacao.

Why the texture is so unique: Unlike industrial bars, we don’t use dairy or oils to achieve this consistency. Instead, we use a 30-year family secret: a splash of freshly-squeezed orange juice combined with raw panela (unrefined cane sugar). This natural pairing gives the chocolate its famous density and a hint of bright, citrus-caramel undertone.
