Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Chocolates are not refundable since they are a food item. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please message us or call (732) 807-5895 and we'll do what we can to find a solution for you.


Refunds

While we make every effort to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition, mailing chocolate in warm weather comes with risk.

If your order contains bloomed or melted chocolate, send us an email with a picture of the bars to us within 24 hours of arrival. We will either refund your order, or replace your chocolate (depending on stock).
