At 65% cacao, it delivers the depth of fine Guatemalan cacao while maintaining the smooth, brownie-batter texture that milk chocolate lovers crave.

We believe that what’s not in our chocolate is just as important as what is. Most industrial dark chocolate relies on soy lecithin, vanilla flavorings, and heavy processing to achieve smoothness. We choose a different path.

  • USDA Organic Cacao: Fire-roasted in small batches to preserve the complex, fruity notes of the Guatemalan bean.

  • Raw Panela: We use unrefined cane sugar, which retains its natural molasses and minerals, adding a deep caramel undertone.

  • Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice: A traditional Diego signature. The natural acidity helps create our unique, fudge-like texture without the need for heavy dairy or oils.

  • Powdered milk

  • Nothing Else: No soy, no gluten, no preservatives, and no artificial flavorings.

Each chocolate is hand-rolled by our team in San Pedro la Laguna. At 65%, this one is still dark but the least so. We developed Dark Milk to satisfy those who prefer something closer to a milk chocolate.
